Weekend volunteers

"For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don’t use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love." Galatians 5:13

At Hope, our mission is to reach the Triangle; change the world. In order to do that we developed five goals to encourage you, our mission partners, in helping us accomplish this mission. One of the most important goals is to serve where you're gifted.

Whether you've taken the S.H.A.P.E. class to discover where you're gifted or you already know what it is you're passionate about, there are numerous opportunities at Hope for you to use your strengths to make a difference in the lives of those around you.

First Impressions

In First Impressions, God's love is experienced through ordinary people (Acts 4:13). Our volunteers serve once every four weeks to create a welcoming atmosphere at Hope outside, inside and behind-the-scenes.

Opportunities include greeters, guides, guest services attendants, roadies, shuttle drivers, ushers, Common Grounds baristas and medical team members.
