If you have a relationship with Christ but have never been baptized, proclaim your faith through baptism between weekend services. |

Fill out this form to sign up to be baptized. If you and your spouse or family member desire to be baptized at the same time, please sign each person up individually. You will receive an email confirmation at least one week prior to your scheduled baptism.
